How to turn in & check Service hours
How to turn in:
Step 1: Take a picture of your service hours form; front and back. You can upload the photo on either a phone or computer (For students, easier to take a picture and upload on your phone. Make sure the picture is clear and readable).
Step 2: Login to your respective grade level service hour google classrooms (Listed above).
Step 3: Once in the classroom, go to classwork and click on Submitting Hours from the semester you are currently in (Please check the dates to make sure your hours are valid).
Step 4: When you get to Submitting hours, you will see a section labeled Your Work. Press on Add or Create and from there click on Upload a Photo and select the photos of your service hours form.
Step 5: Press Submit and you are done! Please make sure that the dates meet the deadline listed on the classroom. We recommend keeping the form and the photos until you see it posted in Aeries Portal.

How to Check Service Hours on Aeries Portal:
Step 1: Login to your Aeries Portal with your school email and password.
Step 2: Click on Student Info on the side menu.
Step 3: Scroll down to Activities and Awards and click on it.
Step 4: Once you click it, you should be able to see your hours on the page. It may take some time for Administration to upload the hours but it should show up within a couple of days.

Note: If you do not see your hours after a long period of time, please go to your counselor to check that they have your hours.
